Yes. We accept most major insurance plans, including UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana and TRICARE. Coverage and benefits vary by plan, so we recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm your specific nutrition benefits.

Yes, we accept Medicare for eligible medical nutrition therapy services. Medicare coverage for nutrition therapy is limited to certain diagnoses, including diabetes and chronic kidney disease, and eligibility requirements apply. A physician referral is required. Coverage and benefits may vary, so we recommend confirming your eligibility with Medicare or your Medicare plan before your first visit.

No, we are not able to bill Colorado Medicaid for nutrition services. However, we offer fixed cash-pay rates for Colorado Medicaid patients. Please contact us to learn more about available payment options.

Yes. We offer fixed cash-pay rates for patients who do not have insurance coverage for nutrition services. In certain situations, sliding-scale rates may also be available for patients experiencing financial hardship. Please contact our office to learn more about our current rates and available options.

We encourage patients to have a referral from their healthcare provider whenever possible. A referral allows us to obtain your provider's contact information, diagnosis codes, and relevant clinical information so we can coordinate your nutrition care. Referral requirements vary depending on your insurance plan. Medicare requires a physician referral for eligible medical nutrition therapy services. When you contact us to schedule an appointment, we will collect the information needed for your insurance coverage or payment option and let you know if addiitional documentation is required.
